The phone comes with 5.0 inches screen with 720 x 1280 pixels of resolution (294 ppi pixel density). The phone weighs only 144g and has dimensions of 139.3 x 69.4 x 8.5 mm. Therefore, there should not be any problem in using the phone. The phone has IPS LCD capacitive touch screen with 16M colors which is a multi touch. The Redmi 3 is available in China only and may not be available outside just yet, but for a phone with full metal body and a big battery, you may bet the world has taken notice.
