6 months after the launch of Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, the company has introduced a new phone is its edge series i.e. Galaxy S6 Edge+. The S6 edge+ looks almost similar to the S6 edge but when we look closer it is 6.9mm thinner and its predecessor measures 7mm. The display screen is also big in S6 edge+ and measures 5.7inches while S6 edge has 5.1inches screen. The phone looks unique due to its curves around both sides of the screen. The phone will be available in two colors i.e. Gold Platinum and Silver Platinum. The front glass has a protective layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The phone weighs 153gms. Like other phones, this phone also has physical home button with fingerprint scanner feature.
Talking about its specifications and software, the phone is powered by Android 5.1.1 version. It has Quad-core 1.5GHz Cortex-A53 and Quad-core 2.1 GHz Cortex-A53 processor with 4GB of RAM and internal 32/64 GB while no external storage. The phone has a primary camera of 13MP and secondary 5MP. No doubt Samsung cameras are always of superb capture quality. The camera captures good quality photos. Detailing and zoom quality is great. The color reproduction and white balance are also good. There were some problems of detailing with S6 edge but now Samsung has improved it in S6 edge+.
The phone comes with 3000mAh non-removable battery same as like in S6 edge. The battery can last as long as for 3 days and you can rely on its battery. The phone with 32GB is priced at a rate of Rs.57, 900 while the S6 edge is available at a price tag of Rs.48, 500. Even the I phone 6 and 6+ are available at lesser price than this. Therefore, this phone has to fight very hard in terms of its price. Check and share out our other reviews also.
