Want a phone just like as an iPhone which has not come from apple’s offices? Meet the Vivo X6. Okay, we will not call it a copycat, but the all new Vivo X6 very much resembles to iPhone in appearance. The antenna strips, the metal unibody, the color options and even the tiny screws on the bottom are just as in the iPhone. Vivo has added a new feature to the phone i.e. Fingerprint sensor on the back which makes it unique. There is no physical home button on the phone. We will just go ahead and share a few impressions of the smartphone and the detailed review….

The Vivo X6 contains inside an aluminum-magnesium alloy unibody. It is 98.3% made of metal in total. With pixels Capacitive touch screen, this 5.2 inches FullHD display smartphone can support two SIMs. As its looks resembles the iPhone, giving a luxury feel to the people while carrying it. This phone has Octa-core 1.7GHz Cortex-A53 processor with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. Vivo X6 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop version. The smartphone is available in three shades: Silver, Gold, and Rose Gold.The Vivo X6 comes with a 13 MP primary camera with an f/2.2 lens. It shoots images up to 4160 x 3120 pixels resolution. It has the phase detection autofocus feature and LED flash. It has 8 MP of fixed focus selfie camera with an f/2.4 lens. The phone also includes the features as Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama and HDR. It has a good video quality with 1080p@30fps.

Vivo X6 is powered by the Non-removable Li-Ion 2400 mAh battery. Both the power button and the volume rocker are on the right side of the phone. And the camera is in the top left corner with its single-LED flash. This phone also includes the sensory features: fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity and compass. It supports the connectivity features: WLAN, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, microUSB v2.0, USB host plus an FM radio.

In the end, we can say that all the efforts to build Vivo X6 is well worth it. The phone’s design, fingerprint sensor and camera quality makes it a marvelous handset with a cheap price. We’re looking forward to getting a proper review unit, so that we can put it to its paces. We hope the Vivo X6 will live up to its earlier promise!
